Custom Orders
To have one of our designers create your perfect merchandise such as our Caps, Stubby Coolers, Footy Shorts and more please follow the instructions below.
Step 1 - Purchase the Design Fee, Simple logo or Truck and Machinery Logo and email a copy of your logo and ideas to info@jonesmade.com.au. Be sure to outline which product you are interested in customising.
Step 2 - One of our designers will contact you with mock designs. For the Design Fee you will receive 3 mocks and 3 revisions. Any further design work will be charged accordingly.
Quote and payment
Now that you are happy with the product designed for you it's time to finalise your order. You will receive your quote and mock design overview. Your quote is valid for 28 days and upon your acceptance you will be invoiced on a 7 day term. Once invoice has been paid your order will be confirmed and processed.
Following your purchase we will be in touch to confirm colour swatches etc.
Manufacturing time is approximately 8-12 weeks. Manufacturing times vary between products.
If you require your products prior to the scheduled timeline there is an option to prioritise your order - we still can not garantee delivery but will try our best to push your order through as quickly as possible.
You will be provided with sample photos before proceeding to bulk production. (changes may be made at this point and may incur a fee.)
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) also vary between products.
