Custom Merchandise Design Process:
To have our designers create your perfect merchandise, including Caps, Stubby Coolers, Footy Shorts, and more, follow these instructions:
Step 1 - Design Concept:
Purchase the Design Fee and email a copy of your logo and ideas to info@jonesmade.com.au. Clearly outline the product you want to customize.
Step 2 - Design Mockup:
Our designers will contact you with a mock design. The Design Fee includes 3 mocks and 3 revisions. Additional design work will be charged accordingly.
Quote and Payment:
Once you are satisfied with the designed product, it's time to finalize your order. You'll receive a quote and a mock design overview. The quote is valid for 30 days. Upon your acceptance, you'll be invoiced on a 7-day term. Once the invoice is paid, your order will be confirmed and processed.
Post-Purchase Confirmation:
After your purchase, we'll reach out to confirm details like color swatches. Manufacturing time is approximately 8-12 weeks, with variations among products.
Rush Order Option:
If you need your products before the scheduled timeline, you can prioritize your order by opting for a RUSH ORDER.
Sample Photos and Changes:
Before bulk production begins, you'll receive sample photos. Changes at this stage may incur a fee.
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ):
