Unleash your creativity with our custom cap design service! To get started, we require a minimum order of 50 caps per design.
Step 1: Custom Design
Visit our Custom Trucker Cap Designer and experiment with colors and features until your design is just right.
Step 2: Request a Quote
Once you're satisfied with your design, proceed to checkout to submit your request for a quote. We will promptly send you a Cap Overview and a formal quote via email. Keep in mind that your quote is valid for 30 days.
Step 3: Confirmation and Invoicing
Upon accepting your quote, we'll invoice you with a 7-day payment term. Once the invoice is settled, your order will be officially confirmed and processed.
Color and Material Confirmation
After your purchase, we'll reach out to you to confirm color and material swatches, ensuring your caps match your vision.
Manufacturing Time
Anticipate a manufacturing time of approximately 8-12 weeks post-invoice payment. It's important to note that, in some cases, circumstances beyond our control (e.g., COVID restrictions, transit delays, environmental factors) may impact delivery dates.
You've left it to late and require your products to be made faster than our regular production schedule? We can prioritise your order and complete ahead of time (6 - 8weeks) for a rush fee of $150
Sample Photos and Changes
Before bulk production begins, you'll receive sample photos for final confirmation (sample photos are usually emailed approximately 2 weeks after payment is confirmed). Any changes made to your design at this stage may incur a fee.
