From a Small Country Idea to a Loved Aussie Brand

Jones Made began as a simple idea in regional NSW — to create high-quality custom merchandise that helped businesses, clubs and communities proudly represent who they are. What started as a one-woman operation quickly grew into a nationally recognised brand known for premium custom trucker caps, apparel and thoughtful design.

For five years, Jones Made was shaped by founder Erin Jones, whose dedication to craftsmanship, creativity and customer service built the strong foundation our brand stands on today. With thousands of orders produced and customers across Australia, Jones Made has become a trusted name in the custom merch space.

Today, that story continues with new owners Emily and Tom Hancock, who bring a fresh chapter while honouring the heart of what Jones Made has always been about.


Meet Emily & Tom

Emily and Tom come from the well-known Collie Hotel on the Oxley Highway, where they became community favourites for their warm hospitality and down-to-earth approach to small business.

During COVID, Tom’s light-hearted, humorous reels filmed around the pub unexpectedly went viral, giving the Collie Hotel a national moment of joy and connection. Their online success led them into creating their own line of pub merch — caps, footy shorts, fishing shirts and other apparel — which quickly became a hit with locals and travellers alike. That experience sparked their interest in expanding into the wider world of quality Australian merchandising.

Why Jones Made?

Because the heart behind the brand already felt like home.

Emily grew up in Coonamble, just like Erin. Long before joining the Jones Made team, she was the Director of the local Childcare Centre, where she even cared for Erin’s children. Years later, she worked closely alongside Erin , merchandising for their business, helping to bring product ideas, customer orders and design concepts to life.

Her creativity, organisation and genuine care for people — combined with Tom’s energy, social media experience and branding insight — make them the ideal team to lead Jones Made into its next evolution.
